Since late last night (September 18), we have observed that the UP Manila web sites could not be accessed from outside the University. Three of these websites are www.upm.edu.ph, vle.upm.edu.ph, and dtrs.upm.edu.ph.
We found out that our domain name upm.edu.ph was not renewed by our external provider due to a technical problem. The validation of our payment took long on their side.
We were able to settle the issue with our provider this late morning.
