Google issued last March 25 an announcement regarding an exploit that has been "in the wild", affecting all Google Chrome browser users.
Please update your Google Chrome browser as soon as possible. The latest version is 99.0.4844.84. To update the browser, in a browser tab, enter this: chrome://settings/help. Or, for Windows, press Alt-E then enter EG, or for Mac (Cmd-E then Enter). Alternatively, click the 3-dot icon at the upper right corner and click "Help" and then "About Google Chrome". The update will automatically start if the browser has not yet been updated.
Then click "Relaunch" for the new update to take effect.
