To all UP Manila users,
In order to prevent data loss, back up your files following the 3-2-1 strategy:
3️⃣ copies of data – you must have at least three copies of your data: the original copy and two backup copies.
2️⃣ types of media – your backups must be stored in two different types of media, for example, in the cloud and in an external drive.
1️⃣ copy offsite – one of your backups must be stored at a remote location separate from your other backups.
By creating redundancies, you can be ensured you will be able to access your files even if the original copies get compromised.
