Responsibilities
IMS
  • Process accounts creation lists provided for by responsible units
  • Administer users (update, suspend, reactivate)
OUR
  • Prepare lists of new and incoming undergraduate students for accounts creation
  • Prepare lists of students already graduated (for processing suspension of accounts)
NGOHS
  • Prepare lists of new and incoming graduate students for accounts creation
  • Prepare lists of students already graduated (for processing suspension of accounts)
HRDO
  • Prepare lists of new faculty and staff for accounts creation
  • Prepare lists of employees already existing from the University (for processing suspension of accounts)
Other Units
  • Control the lists of faculty (if applicable), staff, and guests who should have ADS accounts
