Government Assets Monitoring Inventory Tracking (GAMIT) is an information system designed to streamline and secure the management of the life cycle of university’s properties, plant, and equipment(PPE) as well as consumable assets. It includes real-time property accountability tracking, inventory taking, serviceability checking, location tracking, among others. The system is used by SPMO and Supply Officers and Administrative Officers of various colleges and offices within UP Manila.

IMS

Information Management Service (IMS)

• Oversee user accounts by adding, removing, and modifying as needed.
• Execute system updates and maintenance when required.
• Diagnose and resolve system bugs to ensure optimal performance.

Supplies, Property Management Office (SPMO)

• Input and manage equipment information.
• Handle the issuance of Purchase Approval Requests (PAR).

Property Custodians (CAD, Colleges)
