Issue: Zoom Sign-in Error

We just learned from the UP ITDC that students, faculty and staff with the following categories have licensed access to Zoom:

  1. Active UPM Students
  2. Active UPM Faculty Members
  3. Active UPM Lecturer TA TF Employees
  4. Active UPM Non-Faculty Members

SHS students currently have no licensed access. But they will soon be recategorized into Active UPM Students.

Employees with affiliated units below have licensed access, too:

UPM.F
UPM.L
UPM.TA
UPM.TF
UPM.E

If you are experiencing the sign-in error, kindly email upm-ims-email-service-list@up.edu.ph. We might ask you to send a proof of identification, for verification purposes.

Some UPM stakeholders are experiencing an error signing in to Zoom via UP SSO or UP email account.

While this is being resolved by the UP System, the workaround for those participating in Zoom meetings is to sign in using their other personal email or Facebook accounts.
