UPM Webmail Services - Webmail Account Password Reset

Description: 

This is for owners of UP Manila (@post.upm.edu.ph) or UP (@up.edu.ph) email address who forgot their passwords.

Service requesters have the following options:

  1. Call the IMS (applicable to employees known to the IMS staff)
  2. Call the IMS and arrange a visit for direct assistance (applicable to students and employees who do not have Internet connection)
  3. Fill out an online form, including uploading a scanned copy of UP Manila ID.
  4. Email the ims@post.upm.edu.ph, with subject: Request for UP/UPM Email Password Reset, and attached scanned copy of UP Manila ID. Note that the email must indicate the email address for which the user wishes to reset their password.
Availability: 
Three times daily (morning and early and late afternoon)
Who May Avail: 
UPM employees and students with existing UPM webmail accounts
Requirements: 

For visit to the IMS: UP Manila ID.

For online form submission:

  1. Access to the UPM Network (To test: Open a web browser and visit this: http://ims.upm.edu.ph)
  2. Alternate active email address
Duration: 
30 minutes, excluding holding time between the submission of the form and the actual performance of the service.
