This was the remark made by the IMS Director Dr. Geoffrey Solano regarding the "7S Week" observed by the University, in particular by the IMS.
After Dr. Solano's talk, IMS ISO and 7S Focal Person gave an orientation to 7S framework. He said that the first week may be devoted to the first three S of the methodology. He guided the staff on how to do the 1S component. After the orientation, the staff proceeded to the sort/seiri activity.
