NEDA Connection downtime
I got a call from NTTC staff this morning that they don't have internet/intranet connection. I remotely accessed the switch located at the Student Center, and I found out that the connection to LRC was down. I tried to call LRC a couple of times to check the bridge connection but no one is answering the phone. I went to LRC and found out that there was no staff present. The router acting as a bridge located at the LRC Admin Office has been turned off before the long vacation.
Enrollment is on-going so temporarily, I hooked the affected offices to OSA. These are the things I used to reconnect the affected offices:
1) 30 meters cat6 utp cable
2) 2 meters cat6 utp cable
3) media converter
Hopefully I could get these things back tomorrow.
