I am a student. I wish to have access to Adobe applications. How?
Answer:

Students can have access to Adobe CC on designated lab rooms in their respective colleges, only faculty and staffs are allowed to obtain a named user account which can be used outside UPM premises. Students can upload their projects in their google drive so they can still access it outside.

I wish to surf the Internet when connected to UP Manila wifi. But I get a login page at every attempt. How can I get my credentials?

As a security measure, people wishing to surf the Internet when connected to UP Manila wifi need to have login credentials from the IMS. Follow the instructions here: http://ims.upm.edu.ph/services/ads-1.

When outside UP Manila, I can't access academic materials published online. I heard that I need VPN access. What is this?
Answer:

You need UPM's Virtual Private Network (VPN) service to be able to have access to websites such as SpringerLink, Scopus, ClinicalKey, and Proquest, even when you are physically outside UP Manila premises. How? Follow the guide here: http://bit.ly/ims-guide-to-vpn.

How do I get Office 365?
Answer:

You must have an active UP email account (@up.edu.ph), for you to become eligible to have access to Office 365. If you don't yet, send us a request for UP email account at mail-help@post.upm.edu.ph, with attached scanned or photographed copy of your UPM ID.
